About Apex Steel Corp

Apex Steel Corp started in Apex, NC in 1984 as Triangle Custom Welding.  In 1994 we changed out name to Apex Steel Corp.  IN 2007 we moved to our new expanded location on 12 acres in south Raleigh.  In 2010 we received our AISC Certified Fabricator and Erector certification.  In 2019, we expanded our fabrication facility to 33,000 square feet.  Today we have over 40 employees, 14 trucks and over 10 pieces of heavy equipment, including 2 cranes.
